Simple Rules, Easy Renting
A quick run-down of what you need before picking up your keys. Read it once, then you're ready to roll.
Age Requirements
Drivers for cars, Jeeps & UTVs must be 21+ with a valid licence. Boat & jet ski operators must be 18+; under-18s ride as passengers only.
Driver's License
A valid government-issued licence (or international permit alongside it) is required. We scan it at pickup — it takes a minute.
Insurance
Every rental includes full collision, theft and third-party coverage. Optional extras & lower-excess packages are available at pickup.
Deposit & Payment
We place a temporary hold on your card at pickup; it's released on return. A valid credit or debit card is required for deposits.
Safety Regulations
Seatbelts on, helmets on UTVs, life jackets on the water. Riding/boating is restricted to marked areas for your safety.
Rental Agreement
A short rental agreement is signed at pickup covering fuel, timing, mileage caps and what's covered. Straightforward, no fine print.
What to bring
A photo ID, your licence and a payment card. Everything else — gear, jackets, helmets, coolers for boats — is provided.
Fuel policy
Vehicles and boats are fuelled and ready. Fuel is charged as standard practice (usually pay-at-pump or a flat top-up). The exact policy is confirmed at booking.
Picking up
Pick up your rental at our location in Oranjestad. We'll confirm the address and directions when you book.
